About
I specialize in supporting individuals who are navigating grief, anxiety, depression, difficulties with self-esteem & authenticity, as well as a deep sense of overwhelm—whether due to personal struggles or the weight of the world around them. Many of the people I work with are at a transition point in life, feeling disconnected, dissociated or unsure of how to move forward. You may be searching for a stronger sense of confidence, authenticity, and self-trust, or working to understand feelings of not belonging—in your body, your identity, or your communities. I also offer affirming support for LGBTQ+ individuals, including those in diverse or non-traditional relationship structures.
My work integrates EMDR with somatic and IFS parts-based approaches, blending insight and body-based healing. I am IFS- and Somatic Experiencing-informed and rely on these approaches to help create a sense of empowerment and healing. I also draw from my training in Compassionate Inquiry, which help inform a therapeutic process rooted in curiosity, respect, and deep listening. Whether we’re working to process trauma, rebuild trust in your body, or explore long-held patterns with.
