Individual Counseling gives you the opportunity to explore past or current struggles you may be experiencing in a warm, safe environment. My approach tends to use humor, a genuine and authentic relationship, EMDR, CBT or Cognitive behavioral therapy, and somatic approaches such as Mindfulness or Polyvagal Therapy.

Currently accepting clients with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) or Aetna.
Sessions typically last 60 minutes but this may depend on insurance.
Individual sessions are currently offered via telehealth or in-person Monday through Friday.
If you aren’t wanting to pay with insurance, Individual Counseling sessions are typically offered at $135 per session.
Sliding scale counseling options are available upon request.
If you have a different insurance out-of-network benefits may apply.
