Individual Counseling gives you the opportunity to explore past or current struggles you may be experiencing in a warm, safe environment. My approach tends to use humor, a genuine and authentic relationship, EMDR, CBT or Cognitive behavioral therapy, and somatic approaches such as Mindfulness or Polyvagal Therapy.

FAQ’s

  • Currently accepting clients with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) or Aetna.

  • Sessions typically last 60 minutes but this may depend on insurance.

  • Individual sessions are currently offered via telehealth or in-person Monday through Friday.

  • If you aren’t wanting to pay with insurance, Individual Counseling sessions are typically offered at $135 per session.

  • Sliding scale counseling options are available upon request.

  • If you have a different insurance out-of-network benefits may apply.
