Couples Counseling

The couples that I tend to work with are looking to learn and implement skills to improve their relationship or work through challenging conversations with one another. Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic coping skills and Gottman-style techniques we will work together to develop and practice healthy communication around challenging topics. These techniques blend together to not only enhance appreciation, intimacy and growth in one another, but they also aid in learning to regulate oneself during challenging times throughout a relationship.

FAQ’s

  • Sessions typically run for a total of 90 minutes and are offered via telehealth.

  • Currently accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Aetna, or if you would rather pay out-of-pocket, sessions are $200 each.

  • Both members of the couple must be present for the entire duration of the session.

  • Current availability M-F in both the morning or afternoon.
