I specialize in working with individuals facing challenges with anxiety, past trauma, ADHD, disordered eating, confidence, feelings of overwhelm or inadequacy, perfectionism, and the lasting effects of sexual assault or domestic abuse.

Life can feel like an uphill battle, especially when managing traumatic experiences, relationship difficulties, or simply trying to keep up with daily tasks while trying to keep those around you happy and supported.

If you’ve been in therapy before and felt frustrated by “just talking about it” without noticing real change, you’re not alone—I want you to leave my sessions feeling like you’ve gained something, whether that be empowerment, new insights, or tools to help you approach your struggles in a new way. My approach is different. While we’ll have meaningful conversations, I focus on equipping you with practical tools and strategies to face life’s challenges with more confidence and ease. Blending evidence-based methods like CBT, EMDR, Polyvagal Therapy, and Mindfulness, we’ll work together to uncover and address the deeper patterns keeping you stuck. My goal is to not only uncover the patterns and root causes for the uncomfortable emotions you're experiencing, but also give you strategies to implement that will improve your ability to face challenges in the future.
